Consumer's prices index (CPI) - is concerning exponent that measures general modification cost of the fix admission goods and services, are being bought by an average consumer, that is it characterizes modification of total sum consumer's expenses of population at a certain time under invariable number of consumption goods and services. It characterizes modification at time of total level prices for goods and services are being acquired by population for unproductive consumption. CPI is used as well on calculation of exponents system of national calculations for appraisal of expenditures in constant prices for final consumption of housekeeping that is that is one of the most important components of final using of gross output and for indication of the population income. The point of information for the calculation CPI is statistics of registration prices for concrete goods and services. In virtue of these data we define average compare prices for concrete goods and services of the current and previous period. Goods selected for price collection was koded 10 number industry products, and the institutes on the base of widen and classificatory system of 5 number industry for economical activity. For global pricing based on industrial activity of price changes of PPI producers is considered the main and the term indexes, concrete goods or the it is used as indicators of price changes of goods' groups. Every month, secsions of types economical activity classification C, D, E (extract, manyfacture, power engineering) and down secsions it is counted 17 indexes and its dynamic terms, and month the produced average weight computer production from the side of republic industry institutions forms base information the PPI account on the field of methodology, and also in the system of codification of primary informations the using of international standarts gave a possibility to State Statistic Committee to take indicators wich would be compared in the international level.
