Methodological explanations
Indicators of labour turnover (hiring and dismissal of employees) characterizing the change in payroll of employees engaged in main activity of enterprises and organizations are reflected in statistical reports on labour. Persons engaged in enterprises according to order on hiring during the year are included in number of hired persons. Number of dismissed includes all employees who left their job not depending on reasons of leaving (transfer to other enterprises, to study, called up for military service, retiring and other reasons considered in the law) and leave of whom is officialized by order.
Number of employees engaged in harmful labour conditions includes employees on working places of which one industrial factor (noise, vibration, dust, gas pollution, radiation) exceeds admissible concentration of chemical substances, industrial dust admissible level of element, determined sanitary-hygienic norms. Persons engaged in heavy manual labour, as well as persons working with machinery, mechanism and equipment that do not meet the labour security standards system are also included in this indicator.
Number of employees, which are determined compensations for the work in harmful and dangerous labour conditions includes employees who are determined additional vocation, shortened working day, increased tariffs (rate), additional charge for conditions and labour intensity, right to state pension on preferential terms.
Industrial injuries reflect indicators on persons suffered in the result of accidents at work with disablement for one working day or more and fatal outcome.
