The statistical yearbook contains main indicators reflected the level of state and development of education, science, culture in Azerbaijan Republic during 1995, 2000 and 2005. Education - this section includes information on preschool institutions, educational institutions provided additional training for children, general education, vocational education, secondary specialized and higher education. Science - this section covers information about scientific and research institutions carried out research and development works, number of employees, training of scientific manpower, volume of scientific research works, expenditures for research and development works, fixed assets used for research and development works. All information is given to the end of the year. Culture - this section reflects information on public libraries, clubs, museums, theatres, concert organizations, movie theatres, circus, and zoological gardens, cultural and recreational centers. All data is given to the end of the year. Most of indicators in all sections are given by economic regions of Azerbaijan Republic. The population data concerning with population of Yukhary Garabagh is presented only by azerbaijanians.
