Short methodological explanations
Investments to fixed capital - is total sum of expenditures directed to purchase, formation and reproduction of fixed assets. Investments directed to fixed capital consist of total sum of expenditures expended for building and construction works, purchasing and installation machinery and equipment which installation is required or not required and included or not included in estimate of buildings and establishments, purchasing plough and productive animals, planting perennial plants and forest belts, realization of design and survey works and other works. Funding sources of investments directed to fixed capital may be own funds of enterprises and organizations, budgetary funds (state budget and local budgets), private funds of population, banking credits, resources of out of budget funds and other resources.
Resources spent for building and construction works – consist of sum-total of investments expended for installation of equipments included and not included in construction estimate and construction works, implementation of which provided in construction documents of all types of newly-erected, reconstructed and extensible buildings and installations.
Technological structure of investments - comprise volume of all construction-installation works, expenditures for purchase of machinery and equipment, building implements and inventory included and not included in construction estimate, and other investment expenditures.
Fixed assets - contain volume of buildings and installations completed and introduced into use during reporting period, all kinds of transport facilities, communication facilities, means of agriculture, trade, catering organizations, dwelling-communal, education, culture, health and other spheres of economy, as well as volume of machinery and all modes of transport facilities introduced into use, included and not included in construction estimate, which need or do not need installation, and also other expenditures included in composition of fixed assets.
Producing capacities - capacities introduced into use during the reporting period, information on dwelling and socio-cultural objects given in corresponding reports of customer and contract organizations on the base of act confirmed by the State Commission.
Investments directed to construction of production purpose buildings and objects – resources expended for production purpose buildings and objects, as well as buildings and objects which will work in a sphere of production.
Construction of the objects of group production includes volume of means directed to construction of industry, agriculture, forestry, fishery, and construction objects.
Construction of the objects of service branch includes volume of means directed to construction of trade, transport and storage, information and communication, real estate, education, health, art and other objects of the service .
Investments directed to fixed capital by oil sector – investments directed to fixed capital of enterprises engaged in production of crude oil, natural gas and oil products.
Investments directed to fixed capital by non-oil sector – investments directed to fixed capital in all fields of activity of the country economy, excluding investments directed to fixed capital by oil sector.
Foreign investments directed to fixed capital – include investments expended by foreign investors for new constructions, construction works on reconstruction and development, acquisition of machinery and equipments. It also includes foreign credits, grants used in construction works and investments used at the expense of humanitarian aid.
Internal investments directed to fixed capital – sum-total of investments origin of which isn’t foreign investments and directed to fixed capital at the expense of own resources of enterprises and organizations operating in country, budgetary funds (state budget or local budget) personal means of citizens and credits of country’s banks.
Volume of construction works executed under works contracts – includes value of all kinds of construction works and services executed by building companies by their own strength on the basis of contracts concluded between sponsoring agencies sponsored implementation of construction works and building enterprises. These works include cost of construction-installation (new construction, reconstruction, and extension), capital and current repairs and other works and services.
Total area of dwellings putting into use – total area includes area of all rooms in flat, area of kitchens, lavatories, bathrooms, checkrooms, storehouses, balconies, loggia and others.
Dwellings – used for permanent residence and having not entrance to other flats and having stair landing and entrance to hallway or street. Dwelling may consist of several rooms.
Dwelling fund - comprise dwellings at ownership of executive authority, departments and organizations, public organizations dwelling and dwelling construction and citizens. This also refers to dwellings provided for living in non residential buildings (children homes, kindergartens, health and education objects).
Dwelling improvements - is the quality of measured by coefficient of living space provided alongside with the all kings of improvement i.e. water pipeline, gas, sewage, centralized heating, bath (shower), hot water.
Privatized dwellings - dwellings given to citizens free of charge on a voluntary base, newly constructed unoccupied dwellings given to persons on the shift and in auctions, dwellings in buildings that need repairs.
Improvement of the condition of dwellings - is carried out on separate and privileged categories of families on shift and without shift who have purchased or have not dwellings.
Families buy dwellings which are newly constructed, capital construction of which is complete, or on the base of resentment of citizens (communal dwellings) or members of families.
